Ericka lives in Cecilia and has been happily married to her husband, Bryan, for 20 years. She has two wonderful children: Tessa and Will. She is the “Jack-of-all-trades” at the office and has been on the team since November of 2004 with a combined 14 years of experience in the dental field.

Max lives in Elizabethtown with her husband, Jack. She has two girls, Jacqueline and Ali. She enjoys hanging out with her grandson, Kyan. She has been with the team since August 2006.

Tonya lives in Leitchfield with her husband, Calvin. She has six children and three grandchildren (expecting #4 in June). She enjoys boating, tractor pulls, and spending time with her family. She has been with the team since December 2006.

Dena Duvall
Orthodontic Assistant
Dena lives in Bee Spring with her two daughters, McKenzie and Madison, as well as her miniature dachshunds, Lindsey and Bieber. Dena has been on the team since October of 2006 and has a combined 13 years of orthodontic experience. In her spare time, Dena enjoys softball, four-wheeling and, most importantly, spending time with her family.
