Directions to Our Office
From I‐65: coming from the North of Elizabethtown (Traveling South on I‐65)
- Take Exit 94 (or the 1st Elizabethtown Exit)
- Turn to your Right on US 62 at the end of the exit ramp. (US 62 is also called "Mulberry" as you progress toward downtown)
- On US 62 go to the 6th stop light
- This is the intersection with 31‐W (Dixie Highway)
- Turn Right on 31‐W
- Just after you go through the 3rd stoplight, you will see some traffic "islands" where you can bear to the left.
- Take this left at the traffic islands and you will be on Woodland Drive.
- You will see Hardin Memorial Hospital on your right and a series of medical office buildings on your left.
- Our office is approximately 3 blocks North on Woodland Drive and will be on your left at the corner of Mercer and Woodland Drive at 1102.

From US 62: Traveling East from Cecilia or Leitchfield
- As you approach Elizabethtown take the Fort Knox/ 31‐W Bypass North.
- On the Bypass, go to the 2nd stoplight and exit to your right on to St. John Road.
- Go to the next light, approximately ½ mile, which will be the intersection with 31‐W.
- Turn left at the light.
- After you turn left, you will begin to see traffic islands where you can bear to the left.
- Take this left at the traffic islands and you will be on Woodland Drive.
- You will see Hardin Memorial hospital on your right and a series of medical office buildings on your left.

- Take Bluegrass Pkwy west toward Elizabethtown
- Exit on I‐65 North
- Take Exit 94

- Go through this stop light but begin "counting" stop lights here; this is #1
- Go to the 8th stop light.

- Turn right on 31‐W.

Directions to Our Office from Fort Knox - Radcliff
From Ft. Knox, Radcliff or areas North of Elizabethtown on Dixie Highway
- Head South on 31‐W (or Dixie Highway) in Elizabethtown
- Go through the stoplights passing the Towne Mall and Walgreens on the right.
- Continue South through one more stop light (this light is at the Bypass)
- Just past the stoplight you will see Chase bank on your right.
- Turn right on to Bank View Dr.
- Go to the end (a short distance) of this street to Woodland Dr.
- Turn left on Woodland Drive
- Go approximately 3 blocks, our office will be on the right at the corner of Mercer and Woodland Drive at 1102..
